Terms and Conditions – G4 Tour

1. Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or customer service representatives.
  • A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, depending on the selected travel package.
  • Prices are subject to availability and may change before final confirmation.

2. Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment must be completed before the departure date unless stated otherwise.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
  • Cancellation fees apply as follows:
    • 30 days or more before departure – 20% of the total amount.
    • 15-29 days before departure – 50% of the total amount.
    • Less than 15 days before departure – No refund.
  • Refund processing may take up to 14 business days.

3. Travel Documents and Visa Assistance

  • Travelers are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents, including passports and visas.
  • G4 Tour offers visa assistance but does not guarantee approval, as final decisions rest with the relevant authorities.
  • Any changes to visa application requirements or delays are beyond our control.

4. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers.
  • G4 Tour is not liable for any losses due to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

5. Itinerary Changes and Delays

  • G4 Tour reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, government regulations, or safety concerns.
  • In case of flight delays or cancellations beyond our control, additional costs may apply, which will be the traveler’s responsibility.

6. Accommodation and Transportation

  • Accommodations will be as per the selected package, subject to availability.
  • G4 Tour ensures comfortable and safe transport arrangements, but changes may occur due to operational reasons.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local laws and customs.
  • Any misconduct that disrupts the tour or endangers others may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • G4 Tour is not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or damage suffered by travelers during the trip.
  • We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) and are not liable for their actions.

9. Force Majeure

  • G4 Tour is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or other emergencies beyond our control.

10. Privacy Policy

  • All customer information collected during bookings is kept confidential and used solely for travel arrangements.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.
